As a Legal Administrator/Officer/Researcher, I perform all-around paralegal services for the department, including the handling and processing of contracts, such as endorsement forms from the different proponents, preparation, processing, clearing, and the release of standard contracts, monitoring of contract expiration, preparation of pleadings, like motion for postponement and other similar pleadings, filing of pleadings before the different courts and administrative agencies, appearances during mediation in the absence of legal counsel, administrative cases, labor union concerns, such as Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) proposals and signing, preparation of standard Board Resolutions and the Secretary’s Certificate and other liaison work.
