Main tasks include weekly evaluation of fraud cases, weekly coaching requests for underperforming agents, quality talks, weekly quality reporting and stand-up meetings with operations leads. During my tenure, I also helped with training and quality implementations for new programs, which includes the drafting and set-up of evaluation workflows and guidelines.
