Customer Service / Casino Marketing

Greet and assist guests in enrolling, updating, or accessing their Rewards Club membership. Explain benefits, promotions, and special offers to encourage participation in the rewards program. Handle member inquiries regarding points, benefits, complimentary services, and account issues. Assist in executing casino marketing campaigns, events, and promotions. Maintain accurate records of memberships and ensure compliance with casino policies. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns in a professional and friendly manner. Support the marketing team in distributing promotional materials and communicating offers to guests. Work with casino hosts and other departments to maximize guest satisfaction and retention. Ensure that all transactions and member interactions follow company guidelines and regulations.
