Profile Description

I have been working with the BPO industry for more than 6 years now. I have been an executive for a telecommunications and a technical account. Currently, I am a team lead for a travel account. I provide support to operations and I handle 14 executives. As a team lead, I am responsible for meeting our team's targets. At times, I get to talk to our clients directly regarding policies and procedures. Being where I am now is a result of hardwork and commitment. Back when I was still an agent, I have set a good example to the team because of the quality of work I produce and have always been a performer. I can handle pressure and knows how to make decisions real time.
