I bring with me a strong foundation in sociology, community development, and organizational work, complemented by hands-on experience as a researcher and administrative trainee. My strengths include effective communication, active listening, and attentiveness to details, which allow me to collaborate well with others and deliver quality results. I am computer literate, skilled in troubleshooting, and able to manage time efficiently while working under pressure. As a worker, I want to be known for my reliability, professionalism, and commitment to growth. I strive to be recognized as someone who not only contributes to the success of the organization but also continuously learns, adapts, and upholds integrity in every task.
Experience: Less than 6 months
During my two-month OJT at Center for Gender and Development, I served as an Administrative Aide where I was entrusted with various responsibilities. I managed information by receiving, scanning, and retrieving documents, and I also prepared reports as needed. Part of my role involved handling communications, which included coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders for collaborations and events. Additionally, I was exposed to procurement processes, which gave me valuable insights into the operational side of administrative work.
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
As a Sociology graduate, my forte lies in research. While I may not be a master, I have developed a solid grasp of the research process. During college, I was part of a research team, as indicated in my CV. Our group conducted a six-month study in Bagacay, Legazpi City. We stayed in the community for a week to gather data and spent the following months tallying and interpreting our findings. Throughout this period, with multiple revisions and lectures, I was able to hone my research skills and gain a deeper understanding of what constitutes quality research. Because of this experience, I can confidently say that my research skills are well-developed and reliable.
