Profile Description

I started working at the age of 17. I was a part-time Radio DJ all through out my college years. After graduation, I decided to use my excellent English communication skills in a more profitable way. I joined the BPO Industry.
I was in the Call Center business for over six years. I started as a representative and worked my way up and got promoted as a Program Administrator for the account. My main responsibilities were data gathering, analysis and reporting. As an Administrator, I was tasked to communicate with the Management regularly. Relay information of the data that I have gathered and create reports for the clients. This position have given the opportunity to develop my other skills such as keen attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency in reporting and time management. I consider myself as adequate in technology, but as an Administrator, I have developed proficiency in computer applications, especially MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and other MS Office applications.
