Profile Description

I am a detail-oriented and highly dependable Treasury and Cashiering professional with strong expertise in cash management, collections oversight, bank coordination, audit support, and process control. I am known for maintaining accuracy, integrity, and compliance in high-volume financial operations involving franchisees, vendors, and company-owned outlets.
I have solid experience in daily cash and cheque collections, vault custody, PDC validation, returned cheque monitoring, and reconciliation activities, ensuring end?to?end transaction accuracy. I actively coordinate with banks, credit and collection teams, accounting, and external auditors to resolve discrepancies and support smooth financial operations.
I demonstrate strong audit and control skills, including reviewing payment postings, validating franchisee clearances, supplier enrollment documents, petty cash replenishments, and employee cash advances. I am trusted to authorize account actions, reverse transactions when necessary, and ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Beyond operational tasks, I bring leadership and process?improvement capabilities. I manage team workflows, evaluate performance, provide constructive feedback, and help define KPIs aligned with annual objectives. I also contribute to automation and system improvements, leading change requests, participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and supporting enhancements related to cashiering, payment methods, and SAP processes.
