Supervising site activities and documentation works
Conducting site inspections and monitoring project compliance
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
Preparing As-Built drawings and managing punch list activities

Liaising with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and project managers
Attending meetings, testing & commissioning, and pre-bid conferences
Preparing RFIs and clarifying discrepancies in plans and specifications
? Analytical & Problem-Solving
Monitoring actual vs estimated expenses and addressing variances
Providing value engineering solutions for cost efficiency
