I am a remote bookkeeper based in the Philippines with two years of hands-on experience using QuickBooks. I have worked with clients in both the United States and Australia, supporting a variety of bookkeeping and accounting functions. I have earned my QBO certification.

My experience includes:
• Recording and categorizing deposits, receipts, bills, and invoices
• Processing customer payments and sending reminders for overdue balances
• Importing bank statements from Excel into QuickBooks Online
• Managing bank feeds with multi-currency transactions
• Reconciling bank and credit card accounts, including platforms such as PayPal, Wise, and Stripe
• Managing Australian payroll through Employment Hero (including salary and wage processing, lodging pay runs with the ATO, handling superannuation, and STP finalisation)
• Preparing Business Activity Statements (BAS) covering GST, PAYG, and PAYGI
• Generating key financial reports, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement
• Conducting cleanup and catch-up bookkeeping to ensure financial records are accurate and up to date
