- I’ve handled 60 – 100 calls on a daily basis which includes: the customer’s credit card requests are met by updating customer information (i.e. updating billing address, telephone number, etc.), processing payments, disputes, explaining and resolving why transactions do not push through, process credit limit increases or decreases, while at the same time, provide value generation by lowering interest rates, processing balance transfers, card upgrades or downgrades, new card application and the like.
