With over 18 years of experience in building scalable, web-based information systems, I bring deep expertise in PHP, MySQL, and full-cycle software development (SDLC). My career began at a university, where I led the design, development, and deployment of a comprehensive suite of Management Information Systems—including Enrollment, Student Information, Facilities Reservation, OPAC, Payroll, and Gradebook—built entirely in pure PHP without frameworks, demonstrating advanced skills in custom backend architecture, database optimization, and secure application development.
As an IT instructor, I delivered a broad curriculum spanning programming fundamentals, object-oriented programming (OOP), web application development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), systems analysis and design, and office productivity tools. This academic foundation sharpened my ability to architect, document, and implement complex, user-focused software solutions.
I later joined an outsourcing firm, contributing to high-impact international projects for enterprise clients.
