Most recently, I worked as an insurance process executive for a U.S.-based company, where I handled policy data, claims support, and customer inquiries—all while meeting tight deadlines in a remote setup. Across all these roles, I’ve become highly proficient in tools like Excel, email and calendar management, CRMs, and other office software. I’m confident that my mix of customer service, admin, and data handling experience gives me the versatility and efficiency needed to succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative.
