*Update Websites or blogs, Social Media tools for your products.
*Do web research for specific keyword and scrap important data such as Contact Information
* Input data into excel spreadsheets or Google Spreadsheets in organize and accurate manner.
*Proofread work before submission. 10 out of 10 command of the English language
*Provide daily to weekly reports for the updates or progress of the projects given.
*Makes sure that all information provided are as much as possible complete.
*Can work in a multitasking manner: data entry, web research, documenting
*Assist client queries by email.
*Can re-write simple article for descriptions and submit to provided directories and postings.
*Basic VA knowledge regarding Real Estate Probate listings and lead generations.

Add properties to MLS
Perform routine checks on all operating systems MLS
Add Properties into Listing
Load price changes and update the MLS
Enter all cancelled and expired listings
Send emails to prospects from a pre-format doc
