Hello, my name is Upgrade to see actual info. I have 16 years of professional experience. The majority of my experience is from the Business Process Outsourcing industry and has dealt with various lines of businesses such as customer service, sales, collections, IT and technical support, financial care, health care, and utilities majority from US,UK and Asian countries. In my transition to project management, I have worked with and onboarded the call center components of multiple major brands and organizations.
My recent role was with Project Management in an international IT company. I've spearheaded the PMO team of a multimedia advertising firm as the Head of the Global Project Management Office. I also managed my team across the globe and have been deploying large-scale migrations, security and software implementation, and standardization of the IT component of the firm. Through effective communication and strategic decision-making, I successfully navigated challenges, ensuring project milestones were met on time and within budget.
