Profile Description

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology major in Information Management at University of Makati.
I started on mobile phone servicing since 2002. I owned a service center from 2002 to 2004, my service service center was named Selpon GSM Sales and Service Center. Located at 3rd Floor, Pacific Mall, Legazpi city Philippines. From 2004 to 2008 it was named "Darrel Mobile Care" located at Bichara Mall, Naga City Philippines.
Our services is to maintain and service on software and hardware aspects of mobile phones. I had service mobile phones such as: Nokia, Samsung, Motorola, Sony Ericson, Iphone, Blackberry, and almost all kind of mobile phones.
I've been a Technical Department Supervisor for a Computer Store here in my province.My role is to supervise the work of our PC technician, conduct developmental trainings, submit reports and propose programs that will enhance the quality service of our store.
I build the training center for IT related skilled compentencies and on Consumer Electronics Sevicing. GSMCITI Training Center is duly registered at TESDA. A government agency that accredited training center in the Philippines. I was encharged on the building and administering of the training center.
At present. I am a Technical Support in Iphone jailbreak/unlock selling solution site at www.unlockiphone345.com and www.jailbreaks.eu. My job is to help customers that are having problem using our solution for jailbreaking and unlocking iphone.
I also have a contract in a US base company that offers troubleshooting solution on PC problems. My job is a technical writer. I have created PC troubleshooting guide for them.
I just finish my web development contract at www.jailbreaks.eu. I use wordpress in building their website.
