I have been a call center agent for quite some time. And in that period of time I was able to sharpen my communication skills. I am good in the English language. I can speak well with customers regardless of how they may be. I can also do appointment setting, marketing and I can also do article writing although I'm not really that expert but I do what it takes to impress my employers. I want a long-term job because I want to explore more in the telemarketing industry. I was able to work with inbound and outbound call centers. Along with that, I also know how to work with MS Word and MS excell efficiently. I am hard-working and I do my best to finish any work assigned to me. But most of all, I want to help my employers grow and nurture their business.
