Profile Description

I am a remote bookkeeper with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification, and Xero Advisor certification. I help U.S., UK, UAE, and international business owners maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready financial records so they can focus on growing their business instead of chasing their books.

My core services include: full-cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Zoho Books, bank and credit card reconciliations, transaction categorization, accounts payable and receivable management, multi-entity bookkeeping, bookkeeping cleanup and catch-up, monthly P&L and financial reporting, and spreadsheet management in Excel and Google Sheets.

I currently support 5 active clients across property management, short-term rentals, real estate, hospitality, and cleaning services. My background as a former Audit Associate II in Philippine private accounting means I review transactions critically, flag discrepancies the same day I find them, and maintain records that are clean, consistent, and ready for accountant review at any time.

Tools I work with: QuickBooks Online, Xero, Zoho Books, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, ChatGPT, Gusto, Claude

I am available for part-time or full-time remote work, with flexibility to overlap with U.S. Eastern, Central, Pacific, and UK business hours depending on client needs.

I am looking for a long-term working relationship, not a one-time project.
