- Skilled in demand forecasting, sales trend analysis, and data-driven planning to minimize stockouts and overstock situations
- Experience in perishable goods management, including freshness monitoring, expiry tracking, and waste reduction strategies
- Good at preparing inventory reports, KPI dashboards, and management reports for decision-making support
- Capable of supporting order fulfillment, replenishment scheduling, and inter-warehouse stock transfers
- Strong communication skills in handling customer inquiries, order issues, and delivery concerns via email and phone
