I have been practicing AutoCAD drafting for years, focusing on creating 2D floor plans, technical drawings, and basic layouts. During this period, I have worked on sample residential plans to enhance my accuracy and attention to detail. I continually improve my drafting techniques and familiarize myself with industry standards through self-study and online training.

I have been developing my skills in SketchUp 3D modeling, focusing on creating residential designs, interior layouts, and exterior concepts. I have worked on several sample projects to practice visualizing spaces and presenting designs more effectively. I am also learning basic rendering techniques to produce realistic 3D outputs and continuously enhancing my knowledge through self-study and online courses.

This is my rendering application for light work renders that does not focus on so many details. It's fast and a good option for clients who want an instant look at the 3D visual representation of the plan.

I have been using Lumion to create high-quality renderings and realistic visualizations of 3D models. I focus on enhancing materials, lighting, and environmental effects to produce photo-realistic interior and exterior designs.
