I prepare invoices based on customer purchase orders, ensuring they match contract terms and comply with BIR regulations. My role requires accuracy and attention to detail to maintain correct and compliant billing.

I handle accounts reconciliation by regularly reviewing and matching customer payments with their corresponding invoices to ensure accuracy and consistency in records. As part of this process, I also prepare Statements of Account (SOA) to provide clients with a clear summary of their outstanding balances and payment history, helping to resolve discrepancies and maintain up-to-date account information.

I am responsible for generating monthly reports that provide a clear summary of all collections made, as well as identifying customers who have delayed or problematic payments. These reports help track payment performance and pinpoint issues that may affect cash flow. Once the reports are prepared, I coordinate with other branches to discuss these concerns, ensuring that all teams are aligned in resolving payment issues efficiently. This collaboration helps improve collection efforts and strengthens overall financial management across the company.
