I worked as a Technical Support Associate in a BPO company for one year.
I also worked as a Customer Service Reprentative for 6 months and have been into multi-tasking jobs including data entry and I am very interested on this position.
I specialized in providing customers assistance with regard and or concern to their device,
whether technical or non-technical. I managed to meet deadlines under budget
I can meet deadlines and I am available 40 hours a week for this position.
