I am highly familiar with industry-standard platforms and tools, including Ticketmaster, LiveNation, AXS, Viagogo, StubHub, and SeatGeek, as well as ticket management software such as Automatiq (Uptick), Skybox, Jancy Browser, and Insomniac Browser. I also have hands-on experience using Bluestacks, Slack, ---------- , MS Word, and Google Workspace to support operations and team collaboration.
