Presently: Hi,

I am an enthusiastic, reliable, hardworking individual who has more than 5 years of experience giving professional efficient and high quality service to various call centers. I am skilled with communicating with clients over the phone and through email. I have a wide range of managerial experience and handling people and willing to learn new tasks and tools to get the job well done.

I am well versed in the english language and a workhorse in terms of customer satisfaction, leadership and discipline. I am also self reliant, very keen to details, a great team player and can easily find ways to motivate myself and my co workers.

 I have been managing a telemarketing campaign for more than a year now. Cold calling as well. I am providing lead generation to clients. Mostly for home refinancing and mortgage. I have been handling a minimum of 20 agents but somehow planning to stay at home and work here. Let me know if you want to talk more about my experiences. Thanks

2012 update: Im currently working as a financial advisor in JP Morgan Chase & Co. I love my job and i enjoy it alot but if there would be better options and more growth and development i would be happy to welcome it. I also have a Technical Support background. Worked with a US cable company and assists in technical concerns for a year.

2010:I worked in a health care account in the united states and based here in Manila. Im more knowledgable on medical fields. I can be on a full-time job and also be a part-time worker as well. Im very much familiar with Microsoft and other basic programs on windows OS. And im a fast learner so i think i can cope up with the tasks assigned to me and I can easily be taught or trained if ever it would be necessary for me.
