Virtual Assistant

I have worked as an admin in different offices already. I have met various persons along the journey. I have gained experiences that I know may help me during complicated and unjust situations in the future. I also believe that helped me a lot to be an effective and efficient employee.

I was hired before as an Admin and my Superior trusted me with all the documents and papers that are important. I have filed and organized them properly so that it will be easily seen when needed.

Multi-tasking is very important especially when you are always alone in the office. I was an Admin/Secretary before to 3 offices. During those times, I am always alone in the office. I always made sure that the task for the day was fulfilled and done. In order for me to that, I have learned to multi-task everything, from answering inquiries through telephone and emails, assisting clients needs/questions, deadlines for paper works, follow-ups of other important matters and etc.
