Hi, I’m
I’ve been teaching at Mindanao State University – College of Fisheries, where I also take part in extension programs that help local communities improve their post-harvest practices. I’m a licensed Fisheries Technologist and Career Service Professional, with training in food safety, aquaculture, and research development.
Recently, I worked as a Market Study Virtual Assistant (September–October 2025).
I was in charge of identifying stakeholders, setting appointments, and conducting interviews for the company that hired me. It was a great experience that helped me grow my communication, organization, and analytical skills — and it taught me how to adapt and collaborate effectively in a remote work setup.
I want to be known as someone who’s committed, resourceful, and passionate about bridging science with real-life application — using my knowledge and skills to make a positive impact in the fisheries field and beyond.
Experience: Less than 6 months
In my previous role, I handled appointment setting as part of our client outreach and coordination efforts. I was responsible for contacting leads, confirming schedules, and ensuring meetings were efficiently arranged between clients and our team. I used tools to follow up on pending appointments, and manage calendars to prevent overlaps or missed opportunities.
Experience: Less than 6 months
I have been using Canva since my time in the academe, creating visually engaging teaching materials, presentations, and digital content. Through this, I developed skills in layout design, visual storytelling, and content organization to make lessons more interactive and appealing to students. I’m comfortable using Canva for both educational and professional purposes — from designing infographics and learning modules to social media posts and marketing materials. I aim to be known for my creativity and ability to transform complex ideas into clear, visually compelling designs that support learning and communication.
