Virtual Assistant (Data Entry, Analytics & Content Support & Design)

In 3 months of experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365. I am familiar with basic functions, including generating simple report, and managing contacts and budgeting my whole year expense and savings. I am excited and eager to apply my knowledge and skills in real work scenarios and continue to expand my abilities, improving my talents and my proficiency through hands-on work.

I have 8 months of using Microsoft Excel. At present, I'm still doing a lot of training and practices using Coursera to further enhance my knowledge and my skills to obtain a certain skill in advance data analytics and phyton in excel. I made 30 different sample sheets using different types of formulas including Nested Formulas and automation in different worksheets. I am confident in handling data entry and reporting tasks efficiently and accurately. I would love to apply all my skills and knowledge in real work scenarios to be able to reach the level of expert. I love math, numbers and data, I enjoy seeing myself working out my brain at full.

I have 10 weeks of experience using QuickBooks Online fo basic bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions, managing invoices, and generating financial reports. I am eager to apply my skills in real-world projects and continue improving my proficiency, skills and knowledge to deliver more accurate results.

I have 2 months of experience in data analytics through my Coursera training. I am familiar with data cleaning, basic analysis, and creating simple data reports. I am highly motivated and eager to further develop my analytical skills and knowledge and apply them to real work projects.

I have 11 months of hands-on training and practice in AutoCAD, gaining basic knowledge in designing and building projects. I have experience observing and leaning from real-world projects under the guidance of an experienced consultant engineer. I am confident in applying my AutoCAD skills to support drafting and design tasks.
