Good day!
Hi my name is Shiena May Calvo. My most recent job was with Ideal Concepts Inc. As a lead Generation Specialist. My task is to pre-qualify the leads and endorsing them to our Licensed Agent. And I’ve also worked with different call center company as well.
I have handled Billing, TELCO, TV Cable Networks ,Internet Campaigns and as a Loan Officer . I worked as a customer service representative, technical support and customer associate. Helping customers over the phone is not new to me. Taking down notes to document customer’s call while talking and giving them instructions on what is the best resolution to their inquiry is my main task.
Right now, I would like to dive into the cold-calling industry and take this opportunity to work with you. I am passionate about my work, and with my skills and experiences, I believe I can surely be a great help to your business.
