I bring a well-rounded perspective to client success, shaped by my experience as a business owner, Account Manager, and Project Manager through the years.I’ve had the unique experience of being a business owner myself, so I know what it’s like to sit on both sides of the client experience. I also understand the importance of clear communication, managing expectations, and having a partner who gets things done. It’s this combination—understanding what clients need and how to make it happen behind the scenes—that I believe, sets me apart.My work as an account manager in 2017 saw me handling client onboarding and intake calls. I also attended inquiries, special requests, and weekly meetings. For me, it’s all about building and maintaining the right relationships, so they feel confident in our ability to meet the contract obligations. Managing multiple clients has always been a rewarding challenge for me. When challenges come up—as they always do—I make sure to stay proactive. I approach every interaction with transparency and a focus on building trust. I’ve dealt with all sorts of clients, from the chill ones to the ones who have a new request and demand an update at the slightest opportunity. I’ve also worked in a more inward-facing role, overseeing project management for a digital marketing organization. I helped lead teams to deliver high-impact campaigns through SEO research, web development, and content design. I also have experience assigning and tracking tasks on tools like ClickUp, Teamwork, and Trello. My background in content strategy also means I know how to make sure all communication is crystal clear on both fronts while liaising with senior management to address operational barriers. I’m really excited about the opportunity to bring this experience, helping your clients feel valued and supported every step of the way.
