I have hands-on experience contacting property owners, identifying potential sellers, and qualifying leads for acquisition teams. My primary focus was on motivated sellers, such as absentee owners, pre-foreclosures, inherited properties, and vacant homes. I used tools like Mojo Dialer and Deal Machine to make high-volume calls daily, averaging 200–400 dials per shift.
During these calls, I followed proven scripts but was also skilled at adapting based on the seller’s tone, objections, or motivation. I asked key qualifying questions about the property condition, ownership situation, price expectations, and timeline to sell. Once a lead showed interest and met the criteria, I passed it on to the acquisitions team or scheduled follow-up appointments.
Over time, I became confident in handling rejections, building rapport quickly, and keeping a positive attitude throughout my shifts. My cold calling experience has sharpened my communication skills, objection handling, and ability to identify real opportunities from casual inquiries.
I believe I’d be a great fit for this position because I combine strong communication skills with persistence and a genuine interest in real estate. I understand that cold calling requires resilience, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle rejection while staying motivated, and I thrive in that kind of environment.
I’m comfortable speaking to strangers, quickly building rapport, and steering conversations toward qualifying leads and setting appointments. I also understand that every call is part of a larger sales pipeline, so I stay organized and focused on long-term results, not just immediate wins.
Most importantly, I enjoy connecting with people, uncovering their needs, and helping guide them toward solutions.
