Operational Scope

Infrastructure and Data Management: I specialize in the architecture of organized workflows. This includes managing complex QR tracking systems, ensuring database hygiene within CRMs, and maintaining searchable file structures across Google Workspace and Dropbox.

Supply Chain and Technical Procurement: I oversee the product lifecycle from a logistics standpoint. This involves sourcing custom technical packaging, managing vendor relations, and coordinating with manufacturers to ensure procurement cycles and production batches remain uninterrupted.

Process Documentation (SOPs): A core part of my work involves translating high-level directives into repeatable systems. I build the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that turn manual effort into streamlined, delegated workflows.

High-Level Executive Coordination: I facilitate executive-level operations by acting as a professional point of contact for stakeholders. My focus is on strategic calendar management, inbox optimization, and ensuring that leadership remains focused on high-value decision-making rather than operational noise.
