Customer Sales Representative & Appointment Setter

We assist customers calling about their credit card accounts. Whenever there is a pre-approved credit card offer on their account, we present it to the customer and assist them with the application process. It's a must for us to inform our customer the pre-approved offer's on their account for them to accept it.

I was promoted to a support role at my previous company. My responsibilities included calling our valued customers to validate information related to their credit card accounts. When there were issues with the phone authentication process, I guided them to visit the nearest branch. Once they agreed to the branch visit, I assisted them in setting an appointment.

During my senior high school years, I decided to take the Visual Graphics Design course because I was very interested in photo editing and creating layouts such as brochures and posters. I chose this course because it’s close to my heart, and I knew I would enjoy the learning process since I truly love the field I pursued.
