Prepare and checking sub-contractors, client, and consultant progress billing (weekly and monthly). Checking and monitor Labor Productivity index of the projects and subcontractor’s workforce. Reconciliation for the claims of VOP to Client. Prepare sub-contractor's evaluations quarterly. Evaluate rental equipment and formworks. Prepare Subcontractors down payment, notice to proceed, retention, and statement of final account. Prepare estimates for initial budget proposals for the cost and variations of the project and other documentation.
