IT Operation Specialist I Customer Chat Support

Providing Support to the customer by email, live chat support, meta, and in the ticket system which is Klaviyo, Monitored shipment statuses using tracking numbers supplied by partner logistics carriers and communicated updates to customers, process order replacements, process order discount, process refund, and handled order cancellations for unfulfilled orders upon customer request and subscriptions.

The capability to track, manage, and optimize an organization’s hardware, software, licenses, and other technology assets throughout their lifecycle. Involves maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements, coordinating procurement and disposal, and implementing cost-effective strategies to maximize asset value and minimize risks.

he ability to create visually compelling content by combining typography, imagery, color, and layout principles. Involves using design software (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva) to produce marketing materials, branding assets, social media graphics, and other visual elements that communicate messages effectively and align with brand identity.

The ability to accurately input, update, and maintain technical or administrative data in systems, databases, and spreadsheets. Involves ensuring data integrity, using specialized IT tools or asset management systems, verifying information against source documents, and organizing records for easy retrieval and reporting. Accuracy, attention to detail, and familiarity with software like Excel or database platforms are essential.
