I’m Orlando, a software developer, CMS specialist, and automation engineer who focuses on building, scaling, and securing digital platforms. With a strong foundation in PHP, JavaScript (Next, Node, React). I specialize in developing, and managing complex system architectures, automating repetitive engineering workflows, and ensuring applications run flawlessly over the long haul.
For the past few years, I’ve spent most of my time working within the Pantheon ecosystem. There, I optimize CMS deployments, manage hosting environments, and build custom CLI tools to automate update pipelines. Instead of just waiting for things to break, I use custom scripts and AI tools to improve backend performance and catch bugs before they cause problems for the business.
Before consulting, I was a Customer Success Engineer supporting teams that ran on WordPress, Drupal, and Pantheon. That role taught me how to explain complex technical problems in plain English and work closely with clients to solve them. I know how to talk to both developers and non-technical stakeholders to get things done.
What excites me most is simple: I am always eager to learn and adapt to new technologies that I am unfamiliar with, and I build trust through technical efficiency. I love getting under the hood of a project, figuring out how to make it run better, and delivering results that teams can rely on.
