Profile Description

• Lead DbM function in market, driving consulting and leadership to increase impact.
• Proactively advocate IBM database marketing expertise, DB Marketing best
practices and priorities in local markets.
• Understand, resolve and present complex database projects and results in an
effective manner.
• Drive continuous improvement in data quality, integrity and hygiene using SQL.
• Supports data acquisition and enhancement initiatives.
• Communicate results in a compelling manner, including Database Marketing
Metrics analysis
• Represent and promote IBM Database Marketing to IMT program and marketing
teams
• Manages target audience profiling, program recommendations, Segmentation,
Analysis List Pull, Campaign Execution Specifications External List Acquisition
Strategy to Expand the Base and Identification and Retention of Loyal customers;
leverages with customers prospect and marketplace information to augment
database marketing strategies, understands and integrates disparate data sources
into coherent views to enable data driven programs.
•Represent and promote Database Marketing to IMT program and marketing teams
•Prepares reports of findings, illustrating data graphically.
Data Quality Management Lead
• Analyzed data performance trends to identify the pain points of the database and to
determine areas where efficiency can be achieved by reducing number of
erroneous. By doing that we can improve the database quality.
•Creating action plans and technical activities to achieved incident reduction.
•Coordinate with different support to team to discuss any related issues to the
team’s responsibilities and to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
•Perform database monitoring and report the initial project result.
