Profile Description

I have several years of hands-on experience across operations, customer support, and creative production. From 2020 to 2025, I worked with KREH Guns & Ammo Trading as a Liaison Officer, where I handled the shipment and secure delivery of licensed cards and managed sensitive documents with care and accuracy. I regularly assisted clients throughout the LTOPF application process, making sure they were guided clearly and supported from start to finish.
Before that, I worked as a Graphic Designer at Ink Lounge from 2018 to 2020. I was involved in the full design process for a clothing line—from concept development to final production. I also gained practical experience using heat press and silkscreen techniques, ensuring designs translated well from digital layouts to finished apparel.
Earlier in my career, I was a Print Shop Operator and Editor at Keish & Kriz Printing Services from 2017 to 2019. In this role, I operated various printing machines, including digital printers, screen presses, heat presses, and large-format printers. I was responsible for troubleshooting minor technical issues, maintaining smooth operations, and inspecting final outputs to ensure proper color accuracy, alignment, and overall print quality.
