I am in BPO industry for 5 years and my job is for processing invoices to have it posted for payment. I have experience in different tools/ ERP wherein I need to input the invoice details, vendor creation such as SAP, Basware, strongroom. Also, I got promoted and with other responsibilities to do like to be able the invoices being processed, vendor data must be established in the system (SAP). I am the one who get the supplier details including Tax ID, Address and bank information. With these experiences, I have gained skills like in critical thinking, Communication skills and attention to detail.
I would describe or consider myself a very motivated, hardworking individual and fascinated to continuous growth and learnings. I adapt quickly to challenges. I am confident in my ability to contribute to the success of a company, team or organization. I believe I have a diverse skill set such as communication with the client, meet all deliverables in accounting specifically in accounts payable. I know how invoice processing and vendor master data works. So, I am good in typing accuracy, very meticulous, attentive to a very small detail. I have an idea of a different ERP tools like, SAP, etc. Throughout my career I have gained valuable experience in different industries. Before entering in BPO, I have experience in managing people, oversees day to day performance and enhanced my problem-solving abilities. I am a positive person who always embraces change and will always take responsibility for my own professional development.
