I have solid knowledge in cost estimation, construction scheduling, and preparing variation orders, gained through my previous experience. I am the type of person who is always eager to explore new ideas, discoveries, and innovations in estimating. In every task I undertake, I put in the effort to produce outputs that meet requirements and standards, while also taking the initiative to suggest alternative options when I see opportunities for improvement. I acknowledge that there are many people more skilled than I am, which is why I remain open to suggestions and training as valuable opportunities to improve myself. I am also willing to undergo training in any software necessary to meet your company’s requirements and standards.
