Profile Description

I have a previous experience in a BPO Company working as a Collections Agent for 2 years, handling both accounts under a 3rd party agency as well as those under the In-house collections department.
On my spare time, I do a bit of simple image editing and design using Adobe Photoshop, and for that I consider myself to have a basic understanding of its use. I do have a beginner’s knowledge as well when it comes to designing simple WebPages using HTML; I used to create personal webpage when I was still in college.
With the use of the internet I was able to acquire some basic insight on using Macromedia Dreamweaver a couple of years back through self tutorial.
I’m knowledgeable with the use of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and Notepad, since I use these applications on a daily basis.
I also know my way around the internet, utilizing the web for a variety of purpose, from watching multimedia, social networking, online gaming and up to the
gathering of information resources.
Most recently, I delve into the world of blogging, taking one step at a time, I acquaint myself on the process of writing a blog, and though far from perfect I did somehow managed to incorporate my basic knowledge of image editing/design, information gathering and noting down thoughts by means of
written expression.
I am a flexible individual in terms of work. I enjoy challenges as much as I enjoy the need to learn new skills and knowledge. Given the opportunity, I am certain that I can play an important role for your organization.
