Hi! I’m Juliana, 23. I’m a Bachelor of Arts in Communication graduate and currently a Social Media and Digital Marketing Associate for a wellness brand. My journey in the creative industry began in 2021 through volunteer work in a youth religious community’s social media ministry, where I discovered that storytelling and visual communication were not just interests but strengths.
During college, I spent three years in the Public Relations Committee of Teatro Publiko, refining my skills in branding, audience engagement, and collaborative creative work. Today, I continue to grow in digital marketing while seeking part-time opportunities where I can create with intention, strategy, and impact.

Experience: 2 - 5 years
As a content manager at Empower YTH, my role was a culmination of four years of dedicated volunteer work and a focused internship, which collectively served as my foundational training. I was entrusted with the full scope of social media management, from strategy and execution to post-campaign analysis. My responsibilities included: Campaign Management: Conceived and produced diverse promotional materials for every theatrical show, including posters, countdown graphics, newsletters, and digital banners. Content Strategy & Execution: Developed compelling copy and visual concepts for online advertisements and organic social posts, while also managing and scheduling content across all social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement. Community Building: Actively engaged with the audience online by responding to comments and messages, successfully fostering a vibrant community around our productions. Event Coordination: Coordinated promotional events, such as show launches and meet-and-greets, to generate buzz and excitement for our projects. Performance Analysis: Tracked and reported on campaign performance to identify effective strategies and inform future content decisions. This experience, alongside my strong work ethic, has honed my ability to manage social media from a strategic, creative, and analytical perspective, all while operating within a real-world, fast-paced environment.
