As Lead Reporting Analyst, we handled a travel account and my main task was to record and report data such as attendance, shrinkage, calls handled, surveys, adherence, QA scores, call resolution, handling time, and missing punch-outs. Most of these reports were prepared and completed using MS Office and Excel.

I’ve worked in two call center accounts. The first was as a chat support agent, where we documented every conversation by creating tickets or cases. The second was a U.S. account, where our task was to handle inbound calls. I have an excellent record of 4 years as a CSR/Sales Representative, where being a top performer was my monthly goal. Through hard work, I was promoted to Real-Time Analyst for our account, and after a year, I was selected as the Lead Reporting Analyst.

Real-Time Analyst (Workforce Management) My task was to ensure all agents remained productive. Monitoring adherence, attendance, shrinkage, and other team metrics was part of my role. I also prepared and sent daily reports on team standing, handling time, and sales conversion.

As a Social Media Manager for TikTok and Facebook, I am responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow brand presence, engage audiences, and promote products and events. My role involves creating reels, videos, and posts tailored to each platform, while ensuring content is visually appealing and aligned with brand goals. I utilize tools such as CapCut, Canva, Filmora, PowerDirector, Loom, Vidyard and various AI applications to design creative visuals and generate compelling captions. In addition, I monitor analytics to track performance, manage community interactions by responding to comments and messages, and optimize campaigns—including Facebook Ads—to maximize reach and conversions. Staying updated on TikTok trends, hashtags, and Facebook algorithm changes allows me to keep content fresh, competitive, and impactful.

Photography is truly one of my passions. I love capturing special events and gatherings, and it brings me great joy that we were able to start a small photography business. We take photos, edit them, and share them online both for promotion and to ensure client satisfaction.

I also worked as a Virtual Assistant (VA) for three clients in a short period of time while managing my freelance jobs. Two of these clients were in the construction and solar industries, where we handled back-to-back calls for bookings. The third client was in the private sector, with tasks focused on sending communications and confirming attendance for events. We used GoHighLevel, ViciDial, and RingCentral as communication tools for client interactions.

As photographers, we love enhancing images—especially now with the latest technology at our fingertips. We strive to be creative and impress viewers by producing visuals that stand out. Beyond photos, we also create reels and videos to showcase more details and capture real moments and experiences.

It was my first job after graduating from college. In that company, we aimed to help aspiring business owners establish their own travel agency business. Part of my role involved traveling around the Philippines to conduct orientations and seminars.

We create reels and video edits not only to capture special moments but also to promote products effectively. By combining creativity with the latest editing tools, we deliver engaging content that attracts viewers and drives brand visibility.

After a year of being travel/ business consultant, I got promoted to be the assistant manager of South Connection. Had only 5 months experience as Assistant Manager due to Covid-19.
