In my previous job as a cashier, customer service is part of my job, I was also in charge of handling emails received by the company from our customer overseas and OFW. Since the company had multiple branches, I managed and organized messages coming from different locations. I made sure to respond to client concerns, forward important messages to the right branch, and keep communication smooth and professional. That experience helped me improve my communication skills.
