Profile Description

* Responsible for managing and leading the team such as assigning daily tasks & overseeing their works.
* Managing the team’s calendar and deadlines to ensure deliverables will be completed in time.
* In charge of screening new hired employees, managing performance and evaluation process.
* Training and mentoring tea ---------- mbers to develop their skills and capabilities.
* Maintain accurate records of the team’s attendances, leaves and absences.
* Participates in orgazanitional meetings and projects to support the company’s growth and success.
* Communicates to Filipino and Japanese Managers and other teams to ensure all the targets are met.
* Knowledgable in Content Management System of Rakuten, Yahoo and Amazon Seller Central Japan (upload flatfiles, fixing listings, handling different categories, update price, images, stocks, Inquiry and troubleshooting for error flatfiles)
* Ensuring all contents of the sites is optimized for User Experience (UX).
* Overseeing the creation, editing and publication of website content including product description, price and variations.
* Collaborates with the Web Design team to ensure content aligns with overall business objectives.
* We update description and other website details using basic HTM/CSS Coding
* We also use Microsoft Excel for data and use formula
