I have lots of experience already about taking care the of the baby,kids and old people, which i already habit to make the babies teach in good way to not be spoiled so they wont gonna keep that attitude until they grow,,and for the kids i am very confident to explain them what are there mistakes and right to do..for punishment i just used sometimes not to much ..punishments need to have limits not to hard just enough so they wont gonna feel hate me or mad at me..
And the last is for elderly,for the people which are at home for the aged, the just wanted to have attention ,which they could talked to be there good listener,they could play board games, or whatever way could give them attention to be there side and not to be alone..patience is the most important to them..and that is what i like to myself..
