I am employed for the past 15 years. My first two years of formal professional work is with the local government in our municipality. My job includes tax mapping, drafting, encoding, and some clerical office works.
My next employment, after my stint in the local government, is in banking industry. I worked in a rural bank for 13 years as Credit Investigator and Appraiser. My challenging job entails a lot of hardwork, patience, travelling, honesty, and resourcefullness. This job, as a Bank Appraiser, is very tough. I deal with business man, company owners, executives, employees, and etc. I encounteered people from all walks of life.
At present, I'm still handling and doing the same position but in more bigger and respectable bank. I conduct ocular inspection of the properties to be used as collateral for loan. My line of job includes chattel/machinery appraisal, land appraisal, rental survey, subdivision project appraisal, condominium valuation, stocks and trade inventory appraisal, and a lot more.
“For years, I maxed out my hours, got burnt out, and the quality of my work would start to go down. I decided to take the leap, hire correctly, and now it frees up my time to focus on growing the business.”
