I am a detail-oriented and results-driven professional with a strong background in Customer Service and Civil Engineering. As a Customer Service Representative, I have developed excellent communication skills, the ability to resolve concerns promptly, and a track record of maintaining high customer satisfaction. I am adept at using CRM tools, handling inquiries via email, chat, and phone, and ensuring clients feel valued and understood.
With my Civil Engineering course, I bring strong analytical skills, technical knowledge in construction and design, and preparing Bill of Materials, Program of Works, and project documentation. I am still a work in progress in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools, ensuring that projects meet both quality and time standards.
