As a Senior Scrum Master, I excel at leading and facilitating Agile teams. I ensure our Scrum ceremonies, like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, run smoothly and effectively. While I may not be a developer, I have a good grasp of technical concepts, which helps me bridge the gap between the development team and non-technical stakeholders.
