I am a Civil Engineer and Project Estimator with experience in U.S.-based residential and commercial construction projects, specializing in quantity takeoffs, plan review, and material estimating for exterior siding scopes. I have hands-on experience using PlanSwift, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Excel for takeoffs, markups, and organized cost documentation

My background also includes site engineering, project coordination, and construction documentation, giving me both field and estimating experience. I am detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to delivering accurate quantities, identifying scope gaps, and supporting efficient project execution.

I am experienced working remotely with international clients and comfortable handling revisions, deadlines, and fast-paced project requirements. I am currently seeking opportunities in construction estimating, quantity takeoffs, and virtual support for contractors, builders, and construction teams.
