Profile Description

I am a Social Media & E-commerce Virtual Assistant with 5+ years of experience supporting online brands through customer service, content support, and TikTok Shop operations.

My role combines social media assistance and backend e-commerce tasks. I manage Instagram and Facebook DMs, respond to customer inquiries, and support content scheduling and basic design using Canva. I also handle TikTok Shop operations, including product listings, SKU and variation setup, commission updates, order checks, tracking uploads, creator approvals, and weekly reporting.

On the e-commerce side, I assist with order processing, refunds, cancellations, replacements, and supplier coordination, ensuring customers receive accurate and timely updates. I regularly use TikTok Shop Seller Center, Meta platforms, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets, and I am comfortable supporting US and UK customers.

I am known for being detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive. I do not just follow instructions, I take ownership of tasks, keep operations organized, and help maintain a smooth customer experience while supporting consistent brand presence across platforms.
