Hi, I’m Ali. I’ve worked as a Site Engineer for a year and six months, where I gained hands-on experience in project execution, materials coordination, and on-site problem-solving. That experience gave me a strong foundation in how construction projects actually unfold on the ground — something I now bring into my current role as a Virtual Cost Estimator.
Though I’m relatively new to estimating, I’ve quickly developed a passion for the process. I’m currently focused on translating technical drawings and project scopes into accurate cost breakdowns, using tools like Bluebeam, and Excel, and continuously improving my skills in quantity takeoffs and budget forecasting.
What sets me apart is that I understand both the technical and practical aspects of construction — I know how things are built, not just what they cost. That dual perspective helps me provide more realistic and reliable estimates, even in a remote setting. I'm excited to keep growing in this field and contribute value through both precision and practical insight.
